![]() ![]() I'll try to get my hands on one at my local indoor range and try it out. I see Trijicon makes HD sights for this handgun, so that is promising. So the sights are so hard to move, MGW's sight tool won't work? Slide/internal parts finish: Something similar to tennifer, DLC or just plain cerakote? There has to be a reason it's $100 cheaper than a Glock or Walther.ģ. Some questions though, as Beretta's website has poor info:Ģ. My efforts at contacting them for my Tikka T3X CTR were frustrating (since Beretta USA is the contact point, not Finland unfortunately). Beretta also has very poor customer support from my experience. It's not like they went out of their way to make Youtubers show it off or pay LAV to review it. I think the point made previously was poor marketing to the US civilian market. And despite me being a huge Beretta fanatic, the gun just didn't speak to me. But there are so many striker fired guns out there. So, $229 (I did have to fight with Beretta for almost a year to get that $100 - but that was the main reason I bought the gun).Īnyway, after I got a 5th Gen Glock 19, I found that fit my hand much better. Many who took my suggestion of trying the largest backstrap solved the issue as well. Over at the Beretta Forum, many people have complained about shooting to the left with the gun. That solved the issue, but the grip was no longer comfortable for me. But, I have small hands, and I kept shooting the gun to the left until I put the largest backstrap on it. and Beretta USA even installed them for free for me. So, I got the Ameriglo night sights from Beretta USA. I then covered all 3 dots with electrical tape temporarily, and this solved my problem. The front dot (on the front sight) is larger than the rear dots, so I kept shooting low at first. The APX got me back into striker fired pistols. I will say that I have been a DA/SA fanatic for over a decade. APX - I prefer the 5th Gen G19 more, personally. ![]() I am a huge Beretta fan, and I have owned 41 Berettas of various makes over the past 30 years. But all of them are at the Beretta USA website, and you must buy from them. Hard to find sights to replace the factory 3 dots. But you can mix and match the grip module and the grip inserts.Īftermarket part support is pretty dismal. The chassis system is not as intuitive as the Sig’s. I actually got the Centurion version but decided ti sell it and get the full size instead. These marks do not/will not effect function of your pistol, they are solely cosmetic.I picked up one for the same reason. There is nothing that be done to help this. These marks are completely unavoidable, and most times are present on Beretta Slides direct from the factory. When we-restake this pin, marks will be left on the slide. NOTE: If an action tune with chrome silicon springs is performed, or if any re-finish is performed your pistol, we must remove the extractor pin on the slide. Please be patient while your custom work is completed as we are working diligently.
